For the majority of my life I had never needed to workout. Yes, I was one of those lucky women who was born with an insanely fast metabolism. Weighing in at under 100 pounds until I got into college, I ate whatever I wanted. It wasn't until I met my husband that my fitness journey began.
Now that our amazing son has been born, I am going back into the weight room and trying to regain my body and confidence. This blog is my journey. It is my way of coming back into the world that I love so much with a new goal: to lose the baby weight and build back muscle.
